Insurance, fees and payments
Gaia is currently accepting private pay clinets only.
Gaia is in the process of becoming credentialed with various insurance companies.
It is encouraged to contact your insurance company to explore your out-of-network benefits and whether you might be eligible for reimbursement. A superbill can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement when the plan allows it.
Terms of Payment
Payments are due at time of service, and may be made by major credit card, HSA, or FSA card.
